Information for Sponsors

There are three levels of sponsorship for MECC 2021:

(1) Gold ($2,500 for online participation);
(2) Silver ($1,250 for online participation);
(3) Bronze($1,000 for online participation).

Gold Sponsors will have their company name, logo, and a link to the company homepage displayed prominently on the conference website. In addition, there will be a dedicated page for each Gold Sponsor with more information as provided by the company, specific contact information of company representatives and videos of virtual exhibits and demonstrations. Gold Sponsors can also host a lunchtime webinar which will be listed as a special session in the conference program and on the website, showcasing achievements, future goals, and opportunities relevant to the conference. Gold Sponsors will receive three complimentary conference registrations.

Silver Sponsors will have their company name, logo, and a link to the company homepage displayed prominently on the conference website. In addition, there will be a dedicated page for each Silver Sponsor with more information as provided by the company, specific contact information of company representatives and videos of virtual exhibits and demonstrations. Silver Sponsors will receive two complimentary conference registrations.

Bronze Sponsors will have their company name, logo, and a link to the company homepage displayed prominently on the conference website. Bronze Sponsors will receive one complimentary conference registration.

In addition, all sponsors will be invited to participate in an Industry-led panel to craft a research roadmap for the MECC community. There will be a virtual networking sessions in the evening of one of the conference days that will be attended by almost all conference participants. This will provide an excellent recruiting and collaboration initiation opportunity to the sponsors as well as other companies with purchase of an enhanced registration for the conference.
